TESTIMONIALS : What our patients Says...

Many of our patients are our friends now, and they recommend us to their friends and come with their children and
senior parents to us. We are very proud that you entrust the health of your relatives to us!

patients. From the first time I came to you in September till the time u finally performed the Orthoscopic surgery on my shoulder on the 23rd of January 2013, I have always felt that either one of your team was always available to answer all my queries. If I messaged or sent an email sooner or later i would get a response . Generally it is so difficult to get in touch with doctors. .. Read More ..

Dear Dr Ashish, I don't expect you to remember me with the rush of patients that you face day in and day out. I will still try my luck and am attaching a photo of mine (the older 'boy'). I used to stay in Mumbai and was your patient at Sancheti who went under your knife way back in early August 2005 for a Bankart repair for a very old recurrent shoulder dislocation condition. While I must have said my THANK YOUs .. .. Read More ...

FAQ

Normally you are allowed to have a bath 10 days after surgery when suture removal is done. If suture removal has been delayed then you must also delay the bath
Always use cold pack / ice packs for the first six weeks after surgery. Hot packs immediately after surgery can cause aggravation of inflammation and stiffness.
Those in supervisory / sitting jobs can resume between 5th day to 10th day after surgery depending on how strong and comfortable they feel. It is advisable to wear the sling while attending work as chances of sustaining a jerk to the operated shoulder are high. Also the sling is an ideal deterrent for colleagues who are in a habit of back slapping.
Five to ten days after surgery should allow you to start walking. It depends on your overall recovery and regaining energy & general strength.
If you develop fever more than 100deg. Celsius or sudden onset severe pain.
